| After seeing his beloved Doc (Christopher Lloyd) and their DeLorean time machine vanish in a flash of lightning in 1955, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) is met by a man claiming to have a letter addressed to him that has been waiting for 70 years. Doc is in 1885 and doesnt want to be rescued, but has sealed the time machine up so that Marty could find it in 1955. Enlisting the help of Doc from 1955, he repairs the machine and takes it back to 1885 to prevent Doc from being killed just days after he wrote the letter. In 1885, he runs into his great grandparents who are Irish immigrants new to America. He soon finds Doc and together they devise a plan to make the once again damaged DeLorean fit for time travel. |
