| In this remake of the 1967 film of the same name, Sylvester Stallone plays Angelo 'Snaps' Provolone, who is a mob boss in New York during the Depression times. The only problem with Oscar is that he wants out of the crime life because of a promise made to his father on his death bed. This is not easy for Snaps as he tries through several unsuccessful attempts to do so during an eventful morning. First his accountant, Anthony Rossano (Vincent Spanno), professes his love for his daughter Lisa Provolone (Marisa Tomei), and asks for her hand. Snaps then meets with some bankers in the hopes of bribing his way onto the board of directors. The title of the movie comes from the chauffeur Oscar (Jim Mulholland) who is at the center of the craziness that erupts around Snaps daughter and his accountant. |
